To ensure your  complete satisfaction, Elegant Yacht Vacations exercises complete  confidentiality and uses industry standard contracts and an escrow account. Our sole purpose is to assist you  throughout the charter booking experience and make sure every  detail is handled.

1) Please Take a Minute to Fill Out  our Contact Form
 

Please provide the dates, number of guests (2-10), range of your budget, and a general description of the kind of vacation you desire or any special requests you may have

2) We Will Send You a Small Selection of Yachts Matching Your Needs
 

You will receive the pricing and availability of the yachts that match your specifications. Included in the e-brochures will be details about the yacht specifications, crew profiles and testimonials, rates and availability. We will also provide you with information on the booking process and destination of your choice

3) Holding Your Preferred Dates
 

Once you have chosen your ideal yacht, we will reserve the dates and fax or e-mail you a contract and “Next Steps” form. To confirm your booking, you simply fax or mail back the completed contract with a deposit. Yachts can be held for a period of time with no money down. We highly urge you to reserve plane seats when you pay your charter deposit.

4) Once Your Charter Is Confirmed
 

We will mail you a color brochure of the yacht, a complete document package including your signed contract, a “To Bring” list, your receipt, a FREE cruising guide, and a FREE Fodors Travel Guide. Once your crew has received your food and beverage preferences, we will arrange for them to contact you directly. We are available every step of the way to answer any questions you may have - and always have your best interests at heart. 

Pricing Details

Pricing for Most Yachts* is “All Inclusive”
 

INCLUDED IN YOUR CHARTER FEE:  The yacht, professional  crew, all running expenses, all meals aboard customized to your  preferences, open bar (standard brand liquor, wines, beer, soft drinks)  use of all sports gear aboard such as snorkel gear, kayak, water skis,  kneeboard, fishing, etc. Scuba Diving is quoted separately - ask for  specifics on the yachts of interest.
 

NOT INCLUDED: Meals ashore; Vintage wines &  champagnes; cruising taxes depend on yacht and destinations; crew  gratuity is customary at 15-20% of charter fee at charterer's  discretion.
 

Pricing is 'Plus Expenses' for Larger Yachts at the absolute highest end of the spectrum of service and luxury and can be explained during  our consultation.

*Maximum credit card charge per any charter is $20,000.00. Greater amounts should be wired or paid by check
